The steel hubs are fully encapsulated for additional protection, while oversized shafts operate below critical speed on sealed pillow block bearings to ensure reliable and smooth operation.

Compared with conventional industrial fans, Aceon FRP fans operate at lower rotational speeds than competitive fans of similar construction.
